Allegiance Mobile Health Acquires San Antonio's Gemini Ambulance Service, Inc.

San Antonio, Texas, July 18, 2016 - Allegiance Mobile Health, the largest private Texas-based provider of medical transportation and 911 emergency services, has acquired San Antonio’s well-respected Gemini Ambulance Service, Inc.  San Antonio residents and customers of Gemini can expect to continue to receive compassionate care through high-quality, cost-effective, and reliable EMS services. This is the fourth acquisition Allegiance has completed in the past nine months. 

The acquisition enables Allegiance to grow the population it services in Texas with the addition of operations in the San Antonio community. Continued growth paired with increasing scale allows Allegiance to provide the highest quality of care to the communities it serves.
